# For Founders - How to Attract Users

As a founder, your primary operational goal is to convince the community to spend their limited Global Ignite capacity on your project instead of your competitors.

You do this by actively utilizing your weekly PI budget.

* **Profile Completeness as a Baseline**: Trust drives allocation. Projects with fully completed profiles-including verified GitHub repositories, attached Stripe metrics, and high-quality Video Pitches-receive up to 3x more Ignites from the community than incomplete drafts.
* **Deploy Your Weekly Task Budget:** Use your 150 PI to fund your Tasks Board. You can set up Automated Social Tasks (rewarding users 2 PI for reposting your latest update on X) or Manual Product Tasks (rewarding 10 PI for a detailed bug report).
* **In-Chat Micro-Rewards:** To foster a transparent community, product testing is integrated directly into your public chat. When users provide highly valuable UX feedback or technical help in the "Chat with Team" tab, you can click the "Award Ignites" button on their message. This instantly transfers PI, proving to the entire ecosystem that you actively read feedback and reward your contributors.
* **Create High-Value Perks**: Users need a tangible reason to allocate their Global Ignites to you. Set up a Perk (such as "3-Month Pro Access" or "Private Telegram Invite") and restrict it using leaderboard thresholds (e.g., "Must be in the Top 10 Active Igniters"). When the market sees a valuable, verifiable reward, they will allocate their capacity to secure a spot.
